5,000 Pinterest followers giveaway!

When I started pinning a little over a year ago, having 5,000 followers seemed impossible.
Why would anyone follow me?
I had no idea what I was doing and probably annoyed a lot of people with my pinning. Sorry about that!

Now I understand it - Pinterest is all about sharing ideas, whether they be classroom organization ideas, kids art projects or free educational resources.

I'm constantly trying to perfect my boards so they will help others find what they need. That's why I've just created grade boards - from kindergarten to 6th grade. I've also created a new French teaching board where I'll be pinning my favorite ideas.


I asked my TpT buddies to help me celebrate my 5,000 followers and they certainly didn't let me down.
They have generously donated more than $200 worth of products!!

    1. Oops. I was suppose to add how I use Pinterest. Ummmm…. I use Pinterest All.Day.Long. It's an obsession really. I think I might need help. I use it to get ideas on anchor charts, classroom decor, classroom organization, math, reading, writing! For personal use, I like looking up home decor, recipes, fun places to travel to.

  5. Congrats on 5,000 followers! That is fantastic!! I use pinterest to help me make my lessons more engaging and exciting for my students! So far, it has worked tremendously for me!! I must confess that I am quite addicted!!!

  8. I use Pinterest for many reasons. I love hunting recipes! I always search through teacher ideas and activities before I launch a new unit. And my oldest is getting married in 9 months so we are hunting for great ideas daily!

  10. I use Pinterest to help me organize ideas, recipes, etc that I find on the internet. I no longer have to bookmark lots of pages or print things out.
